Changes at Hygge Coffee Company

We are beyond ourselves with excitement with what's ahead in the coming weeks! Everyone loves getting new things right? Well, at Hygge we are about to get something that we are SO excited about, a San Franciscan SF-25 Coffee Roaster to fuel our coffee roasting efforts. This gorgeous solid steel coffee roaster will pull a heavy load, profile our beans to the precise degree we need, and run like a dream for many years to come.   

We've been working like crazy on our Diedrich coffee roaster for the past few months and this SF-25 will take us where we need to go in a hurry.  Our SF-25 roaster is currently at the manufacturer in Fallon, Nevada getting freshened up for us before it makes its way to Missoula.  We anticipate the roaster to arrive mid to late August and will keep you in the loop as the days near.
